Currently working as Data Curator at the Indian Biological Data Centre (IBDC), Regional Centre for Biotechnology, Faridabad, with expertise in ontology curation and computational genomics.

Actively involved in national bioinformatics initiatives including the Indian Crop Phenome Database, Indian Animal Phenome Database, Indian Human Phenome Database ,Indian GWAS Repository, and the development of a secondary database for INSACOG genomic data. Also contributing to Literature-Guided Knowledge Mining projects using NLP models for bio-entity recognition and annotation.

Experienced in GWAS, RNA-seq, and CNV analyses for genotype–phenotype association studies, with proficiency in genome assembly, variant calling, and multi-omics data integration for pathway and mutation analysis. Skilled in applying machine learning and phylogenetic approaches for functional genomics. Previously associated with ICAR-IASRI, AIIMS, JNU, and ACTREC, with research experience spanning genomics and computational biology.
