Currently working as Data Curator at the Indian Biological Data Centre (IBDC), Regional Centre for Biotechnology, Faridabad, with expertise in ontology curation and computational genomics.
Actively involved in national bioinformatics initiatives including the Indian Crop Phenome Database, Indian Animal Phenome Database, Indian Human Phenome Database ,Indian GWAS Repository, and the development of a secondary database for INSACOG genomic data. Also contributing to Literature-Guided Knowledge Mining projects using NLP models for bio-entity recognition and annotation.
