Trained Computational Biologist with 12+ years of research experience specializing in Chemoinformatics, Structural Bioinformatics, and Applied Biological Data Analysis. I have developed numerous methods/protocols to explore and integrate diverse biological data types for deeper insights into biological function. Furthermore, I am well-versed in high-performance computing (HPC) environments and proficient in handling large datasets using Python/Bash/R scripting, as well as parallel/GPU programming.

At IBDC, I coordinate the Indian Structure Data Archive (https://ibdc.dbtindia.gov.in/isda/), the Indian Proteome Databank (https://ibdc.dbtindia.gov.in/ipd/), and the Genome-Assisted Knowledge Discovery (GAKD) and Structure module of BioNode (https://ibdc.dbtindia.gov.in/bionode/).
