Indian Proteome Databank at Indian Biological Data Centre (IBDC)

Indian Proteome Databank (IPD) is a Proteome dataset archival portal that facilitates the submission of proteome data from research labs all across the country. IPD fully supports MS/MS proteomics generated using different workflows. The submitted dataset will be accessed per embargo time with a unique identifier number.
