X-RAY DIFFRACTION 6.5 298 Diffraction quality crystals were eventually obtained by sitting drop vapor diffusion by mixing 2 uL of RNA with 2 uL of crystallization reagent containing 200 mM NaCl, 100 mM bis-tris pH 6.5 and 50 % PEG 550 MME. Crystals were vitrified by direct immersion into liquid nitrogen
