X-RAY DIFFRACTION ? 293 Initial drops were prepared by mixing two parts of a solution of 5 mg per mL CK2alpha1-335 including 1 mM 12c together with one part of the reservoir solution containing 30 % (weight per volume), PEG8000, 0.2 M (NH4)2SO4, and 0.1 M sodium cacodylate, pH 6.5. Crystallization was induced by microseeding.
