X-RAY DIFFRACTION ? 295 Reservoir solution: 0.1 M sodium citrate tribasic dihydrate, pH 5.6, 0.2 M (NH4)2SO4, 1 M Li2SO4. Two ul of the protein at 24 mg/ml in 20 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, 150 mM NaCl, 5 mM DTT was mixed with 2 ul of the reservoir solution. The reservoir solution was 0.5 ml.
