X-RAY DIFFRACTION 7.5 293 The 2 mM NME2 protein (in 30 mM HEPES pH 8, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT) was mixed at a 1:1.1 ratio with 2 mM myristoyl-CoA in water and incubated on ice for 15 min. crystallized by vapor diffusion at 20 degrees C with a well solution of 10% PEG-4000, 100 mM MgCl2, 100 mM HEPES pH 7.5 and a protein-to-well drop ratio of 1:1
