X-RAY DIFFRACTION ? 293 Protein at 5 mg/ml in buffer 20 mM Tris pH 7.0, 0.1 M NaCl, 2% glycerol, 0.2 mM tris(2-carboxyethyl) phosphine (TCEP). Crystallization solution was 18-22% PEG 3350 and 150-200 mM potassium acetate. Crystals were cryo-protected by soaking in a solution containing the mother liquor supplemented with 20% glycerol
