X-RAY DIFFRACTION 6.5 291 0.1M sodium-cacodylate pH 6.5, 1M tri-sodium-citrate Crystals were soaked with a solution of 0.1M sodium-cacodylate at pH 7.1, 1.4M tri-sodium-citrate and 10mM CaCl2 for four days before harvesting which also served as a cryoprotectant.
