Due to the limited resolution, the sequence in several regions of Rrn6, Rrn7, and Rrn11 subunits is only tentatively assigned and may contain sequence register shifts. To account for these uncertainties, the coordinates of the Core Factor subunits Rrn6, Rrn7, and Rrn11 subunits in this entry only contain backbone atoms and unassigned helices located in the EM density are built as poly-alanines.
