TO MODEL CLOSED PROMOTER DNA, UPSTREAM DNA WAS EXTENDED WITH CANONICAL DUPLEX B-FORM DNA IN COOT AND RIGID-BODY FITTED IN UCSF CHIMERA TO REFLECT THE DENSITY.
