X-RAY DIFFRACTION 7.0 293 Protein solution: 5.7 mg/ml in 145 mM NaCl, 50 mM triethanolamine-HCl, pH 7.4. Reservoir solution composed of 15% (w/v) PEG 8000, 200 mM Ca acetate and 0.1 M HEPES. Ligand soaking. Cryoprotection was achieved by adding PEG 400 to the drop just before flash-cooling the crystal in liquid nitrogen, VAPOR DIFFUSION, HANGING DROP, temperature 293K
