X-RAY DIFFRACTION 4.70 298 The F10.6.6 Fab fragment was crystallized in a mother liquor containing 24% (w/v) PEG 1000, 0.2 M CaCl2 and 0.1 M acetate buffer pH 4.7. Large prisms of about 0.30 mm x 0.05 mm x 0.05 mm were obtained after several weeks. VAPOR DIFFUSION, HANGING DROP, temperature 298K, pH 4.70
