X-RAY DIFFRACTION 6.0 291 2% polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000 3% DMSO 1 mM DTT 0.1 M [2-(N-morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid] (Mes) buffer (pH 6.0). The 11-mer peptidyl substrate with sequence TSAVLQSGFRK was dissolved in 7.5% PEG 6000, 6% DMSO, and 0.1MMes (pH 6.0) with a concentration of 20 mM.
