IF THE N-TERMINUS DOMAIN IS ALIGNED IT LOOKS STRUCTURED AND THE C-TERMINUS ROTATES. THE TWO ALIGNMENTS GIVE A SOMEHOW DIFFERENT IMPRESSION ABOUT THE PROTEIN AND VERIFY THAT EACH DOMAIN IS INDIVIDUALLY STRUCTURED.
