MOLECULAR DYNAMICS, MATRIX RELAXATION REFINEMENT WAS BASED ON TOTAL RELAXATION MATRIX ANALYSIS OF THE NOESY CROSS PEAK INTENSITIES USING THE PROGRAM MARDIGRAS. THE NOE-DERIVED DISTANCE RESTRAINTS WERE APPLIED IN RESTRAINED MOLECULAR DYNAMICS CALCULATIONS WITH AMBER FORCEFIELD POTENTIALS AS IMPLEMENTED IN DISCOVER.
