  • Abstract: Apiospora malaysiana was investigated using Hi-C sequencing to elucidate its three-dimensional genome organization. The purpose of this study was to generate a chromosome-level genome assembly and to understand higher-order chromatin architecture in this fungal species. Hi-C sequencing was formulated as the core approach to capture long-range chromosomal interactions, enabling accurate scaffolding of contigs and visualization of spatial genome organization. This strategy provides a comprehensive framework for studying genome structure, regulation, and evolutionary features in A. malaysiana.
