- Abstract: It is an endophytic bacterium isolated from the tomato seedling grown in Tezpur University, Assam. The 16S sequencing shows it belongs to the genus Pseudomonas. The bacterium exhibits strong antifungal as well as antibacterial activity. It also shows phosphate solubilizing activity suggesting its PGPR activity.
