Other Info
- Abstract: It is an endophytic bacterium isolated from the tomato seedling grown in Tezpur University, Assam. The bacterium exhibits strong antibacterial activity against various phytopathogens, including Ralstonia solanacearum, Xanthomonas oryzae and Colletotrichum. Considering its potent antimicrobial activity, the bacteria is being explored for biocontrol of bacterial and fungal diseases of agriculturally important crops.
