- Abstract: Genomic DNA was isolated from the leaflet of female plant using ArborEasy DNA isolation kit. DNA concentration and purity was estimated using NanoDrop ND-1000 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer and DNA was quantified using Qubit Fluorometer. Library construction was conducted using KAPA HyperPlus Kit to generate fragments of size of 300-500bp. The library was subsequently quantified using Qubit Fluorometer and size distribution was checked on Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. The library was sequenced on Illumina NovaSequsing 150 bp paired-end chemistry.
