Here, we present a comprehensive RNAseq analysis of macrophages infected with L. donovani at 6, 24, and 48 hours post-infection compared to uninfected controls. Our findings reveal dynamic alterations in host gene expression profiles over time, highlighting distinct temporal signatures of the infection process.
