Indian Metabolome Data Archive (IMDA)
The Indian Metabolome Data Archive (IMDA) is India’s national repository for metabolomics data. IMDA archives data from both small- and large-scale studies and accepts raw (instrument output) and processed data derived from Mass Spectrometry (MS) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR). Submitters must provide comprehensive experimental metadata to ensure reproducibility and interoperability.
At a Glance
- ✔ Accepts MS & NMR (raw + processed)
- ✔ Mandatory experimental metadata
- ✔ Secure FTP upload (FileZilla)
- ✔ MD5 checksum integrity checks
- ✔ Aligned with international guidelines
IMDA Data Submission Requirements
