Sample Preparation: Aqueous humor (AH) was collected from age-matched PACG, POAG and cataract patients who underwent surgery, and it was immediately stored at − 80 °C until analysis.

Peptide Separation: AH from patients having glaucaoma and cataract was digested with trypsin.
